Could you please try to explain again why you feel that the Vonage reps who are participating in this forum are doing a disservice or something wrong?
Are you aware of an employment contract that states they may not discuss the service, or help customers? I would like to be a fly on the wall at Vonage when you call to "report" someone as the rep on the phone scratches their balls and shakes their heads at you, saying yeah, okay, good bye, click, what the &@# was that?
I must be delusional tonight. I'll thank the Vonage reps, site admin, and any moderators (if there are any) for you. I'm going to rip out my serivce and stomp on the phone adapter, pee on the free Vonage hat, mail it to you and go cry in the corner [
It is sad to see this company as a sinking ship when it could be so much better.
Ha! I wish I owned a company sinking like this one is doin! Have you seen their membership numbers lately? Or have you even looked at the other Voip forums? They haven't singled everyone out.
