I suggest that the sticky forum rules post in the Voip Forum be modified to include a link to the FAQ and a suggestion that many questions are answered there.
This link should be in bold and certainly visible without scrolling.
I have thought the same thing. Maybe even a button similar to posting a new thread for searching the forum that links them to that page. Just a thought.....like the look of the site. Good luck on sponsors.

One thing I had thought of was reference page of acronyms. Maybe even a link with info on that topic. I know there are plenty of people here that could supply a lot of info on that. I have learned so much on this forum, not just about Vonage and Voip, but in a lot of areas. May be too much work on your end. Just a thought.

No, never, it is not what we are about. Do a Google search for Vonage + "any nasty name" and you will find that those forums are out of control, no real user help is being provide. In fact, they link to us when the want the real answers.
