One was for BOA and one for Chase. |
I also had a problem activating my Bank of America debit card.. I just activated it at an ATM instead.
I've noticed when calling a couple of automated system that use CID info it's hit and miss.
Western Union doesn't work right so far with Vonage
Time warner doesn't work.. When you call for customer service they ask you to enter your telephone number and when I enter my Vonage # it doesn't work.. Mind you I've already changed my number with them.. I tried entering my old phone number just to see if the system wasn't updated yet, that was also invalid.
Nothing to do with automated systems..
But my local pizza palor gets all out of sorts.. Because the call isn't from a local exchange they think it's prank. LOL So far I've ordered twice, went to pick it up and they didn't cook the order because of the number. |

I activated my credit card over Vonage without incident. Just as long as your bank has your Vonage # on file as your home number, you should be fine. When in doubt, call the bank (not the activation #) and find out what they have to say. |
