[quote="SaltAquaticsYou said the same exact thing to me. Im still not understanding. How is it we did not do our homework? Why should we have to deal with a service that lets say only works 90% of the time. No one has commented on what is posted on the Vonage web page. It specifically says that for less money, they can provide the SAME or BETTER telephone service as your current telephone company. I dont see any asteriks next to it, or any small print about it. Its there, plain, simple, and flat out. Do you care to please elaborate on this for me, as apparantley I am probably just not understanding those words correctly. Thanks.[/quote]
Did you see my view now? |

I do in fact see where youre coming from and agree. Thing is, they (Vonage) are very misleading and as of now, falsely advertising their service. I do in fact see it getting better in the future, but as of now, their service is not the same, nor better. The features are great (i love them) but the service is def. not.
Don't get me wrong, I do see the importance of looking around and reading up on it. But to mislead the consumer just to get more customers is very wrong. |
