Although most of my month or so with Vonage has been good, since last week, most incoming calls are not working right anymore :(
I can hear the person on the other end, but they cannot hear me. My phones have no mute, and if the caller hangs up (they always do) and then calls back (they almost always do) than the call works fine, with no change other than a new attempt. Sometimes, they have to call back 3 or 4 times before they can hear me speak.
This happens on almost every call, sometimes in the middle of a call, and cannot continue!!
Any help would be appreciated. |

I have a very similar problem. I haven't heard back from tech support yet.
About 50% of my incoming calls don't complete properly so I can hear the person on the other end but they can't hear me. Outgoing calls always work. When the incoming calls don't work, the person only ever hears a click sound and never hears a ringing sound even though my phone rings. The success rate varies quite a bit from most incoming calls working to hardly any at all. I do always see their cid info so I just call them back. I haven't had much in the way of dropped calls latelyin mid-conversation.
I am using a RT31P2 router plugged directly into my cable modem.
