It was a network failure but they did not want to put

Sorry, all inbound/outbound calls are failing right now because the network just crashed

Bandwidth has stabalized now.

- Calls are completing properly
- All websites should be accessable
- Billing is behind but should catch up

NOC monitoring.

yes, but networks don't just crash..... something caused it to crash.. either human or otherwise.....

To me.. "the network just crashed" at 4:30 in the afternoon is alot more acceptable then "a software upgrade just took everything out" at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Although I am very upset with Vonage right now, the fact is that EVERY big company will lie to you at one point or another about what is going on. One person blames it on one thing, and another on another. I do in fact believe JDR30 as he has insider info that we dont. But the decision to put that up on the website comes from further above than Tech support or otherwise ( at least id hope). For instance my port issue, I call Verizon, theyve heard nothing about it, I call Vonage, they tell me that it was sent to XO, I call XO, they know nothing about it, I call Vonage again, they say that XO doesnt have it... that Paetec does. I call Paetec and they have not received the LOA from Vonage (even though Vonage claims to have sent it to them on Feb 8th) IMAGINE THAT!!! Everyone blames each other or on some other reason... Quite frankly im with you MattH, Im sick of it, and would rather hear the truth, good or bad.

The only thing I can say that maybe I overlooked is that they are deploying a new PBX. I know nothing of any software upgrades, althought I do not work upstairs, so maybe thats what knocked it out. All I know is there was a network outage that knocked basically everything out. As far as your number transfer goes if you want the TRUTH send me an email with the account number and phone number jdrvonage@gmail.com
