i'm in the GTA and my Vonage service has not been working for most of the day. The Vonage.ca site says they are having network problems and are working on the issue.
Does anyone know what's going on? I'd call Vonage but my Vonage phone doesn't work.
TechJourno, I'm in the GTA as well...also having major problems with service. I've wasted hours on the phone with the Vonage "Technicians" just to get the usual "have you tried rebooting the unit?" or "let's try another factory reset." I'm starting to wonder if the problem is with my ISP and not Vonage per se...I'm with Rogers, and if you don't mind me asking, who is your ISP? --rol
I'm on Rogers too, never had a problem, but I'm just outside London..
they were having problems on Friday, but they have been fixed now.. it was a software update glitch on Vonage's side, they found and fixed the problem that day..
