Can you possibly elaborate on the problem? Or try to give us an idea when we might expect service to come back up?

Ok, so instead of telling us something we already know, how about:
Why is the entire network down? What is being done to get the network back online? When can we expect service back?
Thanks |

See you later! Half the people in here must be ADHD due to lack of patience and attention span. There are going to be periodic outages no matter what service you use. This is a NEW technology that is going to have its share of growing pains. If you didn't expect this, then you didn't plan ahead. This is not a replacement for POTS for someone that has no cell phone and has power outages all the time. Not saying that you do, but really think about this service and realize that it is in its infancy. It is only going to get better and more reliable. |

Cancellations: (800) 860 - 5491
Dont know the exact reason for the crash, network seems to be recovering, should be ok within 30 mins - 1 hour |

Do you know if the outage was inside Vonage's network, an issue with a 3rd party who routes calls, or an issue with your transit circuits?
