There sure is. Are you currently a Vonage customer? If so, just login to DashBoard and it is all there. |

Yup, and if you go to the billing like and click on "View Cal Details" you can sort by number, price, type of call, time, date, or duration. |

Well, I should have been little more clear on what I was asking. Yes, I am Vonage customer....
In the dash-board, I see in Billing Total International Minutes/Charges and in activitiy I see the Received Calls, Placed calls that includes international calls. What I am after is - I would like to know if there is a way to sort all internation calls to various countries with minutes used and the charges incurred for every call. I call several countries and serveral cities within the country that has different rates so I'd like to keep track of my spending on international calls. Is this possible? |

If you can't get what you want from Vonage's site, I may have an option for you. If you have Excel or the free alternative OpenOffice and are familiar with spreadsheets, you can try my new activity download tool. It allows you to download your activity in a spreadsheet. You could then create a workbook that would do the sorting and categorizing based on the phone number country and city codes. The data comes from the activity screen so it doesn't have the rate data although I imagine you could hard code that on your end. I also don't have any international calls in my activity history so it hasn't been tested on those. The first (beta) release of the program was today, so it has some rough edges. More details are on the web site. |
