I'm going to cancel my service unless someone can help me out...

my number transfer completely completed on Feb. 24th.. Today is March 3rd and I STILL CANNOT RECIEVE incoming calls... I have sent emails... and I have sat on hold for over an hour 3 or 4 times now just for them to say wait til tomorrow it will be working fine... what the heck!?!!

your explanation shows frustration which I'm sure we can all understand however it does little to explain the problem other than your number hasn't been ported and you can't get inbound calls.

Give a few more details.

POTS line work? Outbound? Inbound? Call another phone and see what comes up on the caller ID. Get Vonage tech support on the phone.
Call the local phone company and see if they actually ported the number and didn't just turn off the phone (this is what they did to us)

My number transfer (LNP) completed on Mar. 11th.. Today is March 15th and I AM NOT ABLE TO RECIEVE incoming calls... I did tried to reach customer care for the past 3 days & I was put to hold for 40 to 50 min and I didn't get any proper reply from them.
