need to send a simple e-mail to Vonage about our 911 and toll free issues.. if we all send a similar msg to the same e-mail addy's and we all do it say within the same day or 2, then maybe they will get the hint, and maybe send these e-mails weekly or something..

last week I got an e-mail form Vonage Canada I pulled this quote:

I say we all e-mail them at all those addys, put the last 2 in the cc lines..


what do ya'll think? should we try it? wouldn't take much time to do, but if we all did it and just keep sending it to them every week, or every 3-4 days, whatever it takes..

Hello, I have a suggestion on how to make Vonage Canada even better.. Give us access to 911 Emergency and access to CDN Toll Free 800/888/877/866 and 310-#### numbers!!

it is not fair that our American neighbours get 911 and even UK subscribers get access to their 112 Emergency number but we in Canada do not.. I imagine that giving us a Canadian Server would allow this, as well likely solve some complications with allowinng us to dial Regional 800 numbers as well as 7 digit toll free such as 310-#### numbers..



Please address this issue ASAP!

We are working on addressing accessibility for 1-800 and 310 numbers. And several people have asked for click2call, so we have advised product development and will ensure it is put on the radar screen for Canada.

I got a similar e-mail from Patti too.. she said 911 will be avail within one month, and to e-mail a couple of different addy's the list of 800/310 numbers that do not work, and they will try and add them somehow . worth ashot, she said that the more e-mails they recieve form us customers, the faster they will get stuff fixed for us.. Smile so we'll see what they do, if they do anything.. atleast they are aware or our concerns and are atleast responding to our e-mails..
