No matter what menu options I try when I call Vonage, they always dump me to a busy signal at the end. This is 3 days in a row now.

I've ordered Vonage but realized it's not going to work with my condo intercom/door buzz system, so I want to cancel. Can I just put return to sender on the box when it arrives? Will I be refunded? Is there another number I can call where they actually answer the phone?

If you just send it back they will never cancel the account, if you PM me your phone number I can have someone from the cancellation department call you (I work in tech support) but other than that you have to call.

They are upgrading the PBX as we speak also.

no dial tone for last 3 days, otherwise been working fine for 2 months. All equipment reset, wiring/cabling checked. Just a dead service.

Vonage support rings busy, as it has for 3 days.

please cancel account ASAP. Will send you details off-line.

Im pretty sure I know what the problem is and can fix it, however if you want to cancel you need to call 1-vonagehelp and ask for cancellations department, I do not have the ability to cancel accounts.

There is prob an I/O error on your device caused by a bug that was sent out to some devices about 3-4 days ago. if you give me your account number by emailing me jdrvonage@gmail.com I can look into it, or if you want to cancel just call the 800 number,

How is Vonage still in business? I'm still getting busy signals trying to reach tech support, for 2 weeks straight now.

Well, I called the toll-free number this afternoon at around 3:30pm EST and got a live body in right at 10 minutes. I was shocked but happy. Tier-2 immediately fixed my issue in under 1 minute. Lol
