Just got the Vonage service on last Friday. Have made domestic call without any problem. However, call to Hong Kong from Arizona has significant delay. Kind of like half duplex effect in regular international call 10 years ago. Is that normal? My pingplotter result is around 150ms.

Have done couple international calls, delay is almost 1 second.

Thanks for your reply. What is your pingplotter result? I have around 150ms with packet size of 1200, if I go with packet size of 1400, the ping time jumps up to 500ms.
