No phone service for three days

Been waiting on a transfer since 11/29. Current carrier has release the number to be transfered and Vonage has not picked up yet. Consequently I've had no phone service now for three days.
No luck getting ahold of any customer service rep. No call backs of course.

Does anybody have corporate office numbers/email addresses?

When you try to call the number that you ported from a PSTN line does it tell you that the number has been disconnected? If so this is an incomplete port and I can have it resolved for you by the end of the day.

When I call the nubmer the error message is that you have dialed an incorrect number, please check your number and try again.

I've confirmed that the nubmer is waiting to be picked up by Vonage.

Post who it says the carrier is.

This will confirm an incomplete port

It is still listing "Charter Communications", the carrier I am trying to switch from. Would this be an incomplete port?
How often is this site updated?
