All, When we receive calls to our phone number, it forwards to my availability number rather than voice mail. I've checked all the settings regarding forwarding and timeout before going to voicemail but no luck. I did remove my availability number and everything works find. Call forwarding current settings: Call Forwarding is deactivated. If your number is busy or unanswered for 30 seconds, the call will forward to Voicemail.
VM Settings reads the same... However, it forwards to the availability number instead of VM.
I have downed everything (Router, ATA, Modem) and brought back up but no change. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! |

The only reason it would go to the NAN is if the system is not hooked up properly or is not registering right. Can you make outbound calls? Delete the NAN from the web account, where do the calls go? Disable voicemail, then re-enable it.
Sounds like a network issue to me though .... |

I am able to make calls without any issues. Incoming calls are fine as well unless they aren't answered...then they forward to my availability #. If I remove the availability #, voice mail answers the missed calls...
Thanks for the reply! |

Remove the NAN and add it back, then disable voicemail and re-enable it all from the web account .. see if it does the same thing,. |

Removed NAN, Re-added then disabled / enabled voice mail and made a couple of calls but it still forwards to the NAN. I'll retry the steps but wait a few minutes between... |
