Can anyone recomend a good cordless phone system to use with Vonage? (Right now we are only using cell phones-no land line) I only need the main base plus one additional cradle. Thanks! Roxanne |

I use V-Tech's new 5.8 GHz model. Works great for me although I suspect the higher freq wil result in shorter range for some users. (It doesn't apply to my application)
Sound quality is good and it also has a "tone" adjustment (a 4-step audio equalizer to adjust tone to your preferences)
I like how the "base station" is detached from the low-profile handests. I actually keep the base hidden out of sight, with only the handsets out in plain view. I also like that a speaker-phone is integrated into the handsets and not just into the base station.
That being said, phones are very "individual" things, any model will "work" w/ Vonage ... sound quality varies model to model irregardless. |

We're using Bang & Olufsen BoeCom 6000, three phones and one base station. Never had a problem with these, and they look good, too. |

'nuff said. Base station rings, but satellite phones do not. Works fine on regular land line. |

I use the Siemens Gigaset 4215 series. Works fine and I was able to find an excellent deal on Ebay. |

We're using Bang & Olufsen BoeCom 6000 wireless phones: one base station and two satellite phones. Caller ID works fine and with its internal phonebook, even displays names when they're in there. Also, the call waiting feature works fine. |

I have a Siemens 2420 and am having the same issue as Woody. The base will ring but the handsets (have 3) will not. The base station also seems to have a difficulty with the ring in. Each ring of the call seems to be interpreted as a new call, so the answering machine will not pickup and the caller ID may or maynot be displayed.
Calls out are great though |
