Hello Dan & fellow forum-ers,
First, thanks for providing such a great and useful community forum. I am sure that the Vonage people monitor every post on this board, making it an invaluable source of customer feedback.
I wondered whether you would consider adding a forum for "Vonage Feature Suggestions" where users could post their wish lists of features. Perhaps if you had some kind of polling capability, the feature suggestions could even be ranked by users according to their interest. I know that many of the posts in various fora contain implicit feature suggestions, even some explicit ones, but it would be helpful if they could be distilled down to a distinct forum, to increase the visibility to the Company and improve the chances of implementation.
Thanks in advance for considering this suggestion. I am a newbie here, but I did do a cursory search for a "feature suggestions" thread and came up empty.

I hope you do. A section like that may help Vonage add features there competitors already have like blocking calls without caller id to stop the phone marketers! "Anonymous call rejection" |

you should make sure the new features section is in the Vonage forum for canada, us and the UK since they all offer different services and some features might be more relevant to one country than another.
lets not forget the US does not have a monopoly on ideas! |

lets not forget the US does not have a monopoly on ideas! | As always, Vonage .ca and .co.uk customers are more than welcomed to post in all the forums. They will get their own dedicated sub forums when the traffic shows that it is warranted. |
