Has anyone experienced this? I have a Brother All-in-one unit that can fax in color (assuming the recipient can receive color faxes).
I have no problems faxing and receiving black-n-white faxes.
When I tried to fax or receive a color fax, it fails.
One thing I noticed while faxing is that when I fax in black-n-white, it scans the pages into memory and then dial out. When I fax in color, it dials out first and then faxes while it is scanning the document.
