Is anyone else having problems receiving email alerts when they have voicemail?
I've tried my usual account and a mac.com address, but haven't received any emails in the five weeks that I've had the service. I've also tried disabling alerts and then re-enabling them to no avail.
Other email from vonage.co.uk gets through fine though. |

It seems to be a problem with UK accounts. Vonage support don't seem interested about it either. |

I've done some checking and I think I've found the problem.
I decided to try entering an email address for a server where I can access the mail logs. The alerts are getting to my server, but with a from address of <phone number>@vm.vonage.co.uk
Problem is, when the server tries to verify that this is a genuine address, it finds that the host vm.vonage.co.uk doesn't exist, so refuses the message.
Not all servers are setup to check from addresses, so I guess it's not been noticed by many people.
Does anyone at Vonage read this forum that can give a sysadmin a nudge to fix this? I get the feeling that emailing customer support will result in a stock response. |

Spot on. Having had a look at my mail logs I have seen the same thing. Hopefully Vonage will pay some attention to e-mails to them about this and get it fixed. |

I'm having the same problem and am getting warm words from Vonage whe they decide to answer but little else. I have had a ticket outstanding for 5 days now. I'm very annoyed as it is a feature that I require to use

they never do. They obviously think it will be more interesting for us if we discover these things ourselves |
