Moving my RT31P2 after my Router (meaning... Internet-Modem-Router-RT31P2 and PCs) does NOT work for me. When I upload large files to the internet (e.g. my webserver), my voice quality gets seriously garbled. Not much of an issue with inbound voice quality when I download lots of data.
So, back to old config of having the RT between the modem and the router, with the RT QoS turned on - I have the setting set to 245K (my stated max, and speed tests concur, is 256K).
