Is there a way to get vonage to send me a motorola

Hi,

Its been a over month sense I have complained to Vonage about the bloody background noise caused by the Linksys device. They added me to a list, but its been too long already. Many of you may have gotten used to it, but it drives me nuts. Is there any way to get them to ship me a Motorola? They were supposed to send me one but they never shipped it.

Id like try and resove this problem before I cancel their service and move on to another voip provider, I like everything Vonage offers except the bloody Linksys.

same thing occurs if you plug an off hook phone into it.
