Did you run speed tests?? If so what were the results. Also run a test at www.testyourvoip.com and report the results. Maybe someone here can help.

Just ran a speed test, here are the results. You think lowering the bandwidth will help?

2005-02-27 16:26:30 EST: 3050 / 227
Your download speed : 3124201 bps, or 3050 kbps.
A 381.3 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 233372 bps, or 227 kbps.

If people are having trouble hearing you then it your upload. Although you should have enough speed ( using 90 out of 227) if your speed drops much during a call you may have problems. I get around 350/up and people say the voice is choppy once in awhile when my bandwith saver is set to 90. I also have a problem with echo at 90. I have lowered my bandwithsaver to 50 and the choppy is gone although I still get an echo once in a while.
It would also help to know what you mean by " people are having trouble hearing me". Is it choppy audio, no audio, or the dreaded "your in a tunnel sound. If it is the tunnel or far away thing call Tech (non) support ( have a light snack handy for the hold time) and have them raise your FXS Input. I had them do that for me yesterday and I will let you know if that helps.

I'll lower the bandwidth to 50 and see, made several calls in the last hour, people complain about choppy audio from my end. It would be nice to have tech people here that could take care of problems with out having to call in Razz

there have been 4 so far, and none of them have been here for a bit.
personally if I worked for vonage (and I applied but they didn't want me...punks) I wouldn't want to do this in my free time. they were bombarded here.

Odd. Just to double-check, for me it is under the FEATURES tab, third from the top, on the left.

What browser are you using? It works for me in both Firefox and Explorer, but try a different browser from the one your using - you may not have a plug-in you need or some other layout/display issue may be preventing you from seeing it in the browser you are using.
