Well, can't say that helped me. I'm having the same problem in both apps, regardless of settings.

My "From number" looks correct: 16507770000. But it still says it's invalid.

Check your login name. Vonage set me up as SBMongoos and it doesn't work with Click2Call. I have to put in sbmongoos for it to work. The lower case works as the Vonage account login to so go figure.

It appears this works on Mac? I'm at work so I can't test it myself.

Very cool!

It is written with javascript and should be platform independent. If you try it on a Mac would you post your results.

Thanks,
Steve

I am having an annoying problem with click2call. If I highlight and phrase, words or paragraphs, a box pops up saying this is not a valid click to call format, I then click the OK box and my normal cut/ paste and other box comes up ( which is what i want) How can I avoid getting that first message box?
"unable to retrive click2call settings"

The "Unable to retrieve Click2Call settings" is returned when the extension is unable to retrieve your Vonage username and password or your 'from number' from the preferences.

If you are using Click2Call then you can set these values;

Select Tools->Extensions
Select Click2Call and then press the 'Options' button (lower right corner of dialog).

If you are not using Click2Call then you should uninstall the extension;
Select Tools->Extensions
Select Click2Call and then press 'Uninstall'

If you are still having problems let me know and I will look into it further.
