We installed the router , and so far did not work right .
I have internet - modem - router - pc
There is internet thru all of them so i assume that installation is good . when you use the Tel , i can hear the caller fine , but they hear me very wavy and not the whole conversation .
We have rogers internet Light , so i was wondering if this may be the problem or hardware problem .
the Vonage Customer Service Tel does not work Funny for a Tel company !!! Can anybody help please! |

yes, cold be your upload speed isn't very good with Rogers Lite.. try settig your bandwidth save in your Vonage Dashboard down to 30.. otherwise you might have to upgrade your Internet.. Rogers has 4 different speed ranges now, not sure hwat Lite you have, old one or new one, but they have pretty low upload speeds..
there is a Voip speed test on this forum, Link on teh Left of all pages.. and try and run a boradband speed test at www.dslreports.com try and find a server in yoru area for best results... |
