Hi all,
Is anyone seeing a new Vonage dashboard? Just logged in tonight and it looks like they've upgraded it, particularly the activity log. It even shows what calls were forwarded now.
Unfortunately it says
"Call Activity information is temporarily unavailable. This information should be available shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Icon Legend Caller ID Forwarded Call Transferred Call "
Looks like they're working on it. It looks like they're even keeping track of the minutes by seconds now.

Mine appears to be working. I would like to know why I see an IP address in my dashboard where I used to see the word anonymous. Any clues from anyone out there? |

Any body ever see this in there dashboard: 65.204.113.10
I did a whois and it appears to belong to Vonage. Anybody now the reason why this should show up on Dashboard under received calls?

vonage.ca has been updated too I see..
some weird things under my 'placed calls' lists tho
I dont' see any IP's in mine yet..
funny now, in 'receieved calls' when someone called my virtual number, it has always listed it as 2 incomming calls, both from teh caller but one to virtual # and one to main number, now it lists 2 calls, both from origincal caller, but both 2 virtual number, one has a 'F' for forwarded call the other does not..
and in my outgoing calls it has calls under From and the from number is the person all the way in SC that called me.. lol and then it says To and my SC virtual number.. where it used to be From Virtual# and To Main number..
I'm sure they're just working on everything.. just the weird things we see while they change stuff.. |

I noticed the IP address too. Under the "Dashboard", the IP address shows up, but when you look up the date/time under "Activity", it shows that it is anonymous and no caller ID information is available.
I remember who called me. It was my homebuilder's construction manager -- they have a trailer on site in the neighborhood which is used as an office. When I did a nslookup on the IP address, the domain was "choiceone.net". I wonder if they have an Voip service or some type of PC-to-Phone service???

did anyone notice the weird characters are gone now? where I used to have a backslash in the cid name (some), it's now gone (on the dashboard anyway) |

Not to start a firestorm, but how much time do you think they had to put into the new look? Could they have spent that time and resources working on some new features? Do not get me wrong, I am very happy with Vonage and will stay with them. But I just wish they would start on some new features that their competition is offering. Or at least give us a hint as to what is going on. |

I was not going to mention this but; history shows that the redesigning of dashboard is the prelude to a new feature release. |
