Post subject: No Dial Tone
Hi, I am using a BT decor 110 handset withLinksys Broadband router with two telephone ports. I've got 1 MB broadband connection with Telewest via a cable modem. I am using this devide with my home computer.
I can't hear any dial-tone after setting up
Vonage
Broadband phone according to the quick-install instructions. My broadband is working fine through Linksys router without any configuration. Do I need to configure my router for
Vonage
to work? I've read somewhere that
Vonage
Linksys router should produce a dial-tone even when it's not connected to the internet.
Please help.

We tried to get a couple of 110's to work with
Vonage
and only 1 worked. It may be something to do with the line voltage which I believe
Vonage
can tweak.
It's probably worth a call to support

Post subject: Thanks for your reply.
The line is active and working. Whist troubleshooting I managed to change my phone from Line1 which was active to Line2 which was not activated. Flicking the phone back to Line 1 did the trick.
Thanks for your support.
