1 month and still no reply to one of my emails to Vonage. If a company is going to have so-called email support, every email should be answered. Anything less is unacceptable. I realize that Vonage is growing very rapidly, and I am willing to accept this for now. Let's face it folks... Most of us are probably a little technical and we are early adopters.
I remember when I had access to the "internet" - hardly nobody I knew did then, except for college students and techies. This was back in 1993. Now, everybody has it. The same will happen for Voip.
It is my prediction that Voip will be the norm within 5 years. And you can say.... "I had that back in 2004 when people were still using POTS!"

AMEN! Is there such a thing as Vonage Email customer support? Are they not offering a service/product that they want people to buy? I asked 3 seperate ebayer's about their products for sale and I got answers back from them within 2 hours. And they are just one person each, not a whole company full of employees. I'm trying to decide to stay or go. Man service is important, and Vonage is failing as far as I can see. |

Failing on service... yes.. But, if you went to any other company that was taking off like a rocket, the same would happen. Just try to be a little patient. You can get most of your questions answered on this board. Anything else, you'd be better off calling off-peak. Email support is a joke. |

I thought of printing the email I composed, putting in a bottle, dropping that into the storm drain and letting it float out to sea and onward toward Vonage |

Not a bad idea. I was thinking of using smoke signals with morse code and taking a giant fan and blowing it towards Edison, NJ! |

Yes indeed, Vonage **** with CS. I also have Lingo and they suck just as bad.
Don't worry, some day someone will get it right.

It took a week, which seems like an un-Godly amount of time, especially when you only get 2 week trial period But I'm going to stick it out. It's better than my old phone company by far, I just wish I could have gotten my old number or one close to it. |
