New Firmware for Wireless WRT54GP2 Released - v1.27.02

As with the updates for the PAP2 and P2 I do not have the change log. The new firmware is WRT54GP2_v1.27.02_000_combin_code.bin. I will update if I can obtain one for you guys. You can pm me for the update.

Does this update resolve the "noise" issue everybody is complaining about?

did you miss the part about no changelog? it's been said time and time again that the true noise issue (the one that has long threads about it) is a hardware issue, not software/firmware.

Forgive me for asking... I have also read in one of those long threads that Linksys is preparing an update that might fix this problem.

this has been said for a long time, from both Vonage and linksys. so far there are no known (by us anyway) devices that absolutely have the noise corrected. hopefully it will be sooner than later.

Does anyone have a copy of this firware upgrade?
