I have sent two tickets (and received the automated responses). I have called twice in the last 3 days. I only need them to email me a return label for a defective Linksys router I received. They have told me twice I will get the email and nothing happens. Has someone received a response from customer service? I mean it is only an email... Frustrated.....  |

when did you request the label? was it over the phone?
please allow up to 24 hours for your label to arrive, as the return labels are batch processed and are not sent out instantly. also, verify the email address on your account and check the 'spam' or 'junk mail' folders of said account. sometimes the labels end up there.
if all that is good, pm myself or ssantana and we will get this resolved for you.

I have requested it twice over the phone. Last time yesterday (now it is like 30 hours ago). The rep mentioned about the queue. I have checked in the Bulk folder and nothing there, I have pm'ed ssantana. Thanks a lot.
Question: If I send an email using the Vonage website using the help function, is it ever answered? |

I had to ask 4x to get my label. I would try ssantana on monday, he is very responsive. |
