I've had great difficulty calling to India. After about 4 weeks and sporadic customer suppport, here's what they finally sent me:
"You may need to try the call several times before your call completes and/or completes with good quality. "
Wish they would tell everyone this when they sign up. |

After 4 weeks of Vonage customer, I have to try two times whenever I call to india. but works everytime. My average calling min almost 300 min.
Vonage saves me lots for india call.
Try again you will get connected to india..... |

using Vonage from chicago to baroda. You guys get good sound quality? If not, what did you do to fix it? My parents tell me that the audio quality is horrible. I havent heard it myself, but they were complaining. |

The sound quality is very unreliable. I've moved to relianceindiacall - a lot of us who originally got Vonage to call India have moved to reliance, it's quite convenent since you can call from your cell phone. |
