Blocking Private (Anonymous) Callers How?

I posted this message in another thread, but it seems to be a popular "Wish List" item...
Today I contacted customer care and spoke to a Customer Service representative named "Keno." I asked him IF and WHEN ACR was going to be implemented, and he put me on hold, contacted his supervisor, came back to the call and said, "If you want to know when this will be offered, call back on Monday or Tuesday and we will have a date!"
For further confirmation I asked for the name of his supervisor, whose name is Bob Perry.
I got the entire conversation on tape.
BTW, they answered very quickly. I was not on the phone longer than 15 minutes.

After reading posts on Vonage Forums about various solutions to Caller ID Management I decided to purchase the InteleScreener. Prior to ordering online I phoned to ensure that the product was not on backorder. They assured me that the product IS in stock.

I've resorted to purchasing this item due to months of repeated harassing phone calls from my live-in boyfriend's ex-wife. The detailed call history provided by Vonage on my VoIP phone line coupled with the digital voice mail recording capabilities were instrumental in providing easy evidence to a local judge that harassment is indeed occurring.

Now with InteleScreener, we'll be able to create a white-list of phone numbers from which we will accept calls and have some hope of not being harassed any longer.
