Some good things come from posts whining about Vonage. I, for example, came here to complain and was helped instead. If the whine thread had been immediately locked, I would have gone away upset. Instead, Fletcher helped me, calmed me down, and I got my problem fixed. I'm now a satisfied customer.
Perhaps if there were a forum for complaints and people started or you moved those posts to that forum it would allow them to vent and for people to still offer help by suggesting they make a calm post in the help forum.
Should you have to put up with whiners? Of course not, but every thread that gets locked is most likely someone that will go away upset.

I guess that was my point. When I posted here, I wasn't looking for help. I got it anyway.
The all whining/ranting post are left open for a period of time, not just locked right away.
You are a success story. Had you continued to rant, as the locked posted will show, your thread would have been locked also.
