Post subject: help with NTP
I am new to
Vonage
in this position but having a problem with the clock not syncing. For example my desk phone clock was working but I unplugged and moved to a new office and now it won't sync.
When I look at the SNTP setting in the phone it shows time.vocalocity.com and if I run a NTP query against that name it times out..
I am assuming
Vonage
is giving me that NTP address since I don't show it in my DHCP scope. I also opened a case and didn't get a answer.
I have checked the firewall logs and I am allowing traffic out.
If anybody can help you can pm me
