I've noticed that most people who come to this forum do so to complain about their service.

The intentions of this thread, are to show that for every customer that has an issue, there are plenty who don't, but never say anything.


I for one have never had any issues in the past year.

I'm posting here because I've always been an in the closet aol lover and want to say:
"me too!!!!"

anyway, *never* had *any* issues? that's hard to believe, unless your phone is rarely used. no busy or redial tones when you've tried to dial out? no problems ever accessing your voicemail? the list could go on...

Me three.

The only problem I've had so far was that the volume of the call heard on the other person's end was kinda low. A call to customer service sorted that out, and I didn't have to wait on hold for hours to do it.

Hell, the missus is happy with it, so it must be OK. Wink

Just sent my LOA today. Goodbye MCI, hello $40 more in my wallet each month.

I've never had a problem with my Vonage equipment and telephone service. I am experiencing problems with the billing department. Particularly due to the fact that they don't bill be, not even an email or an amount on the billing page. They just raid my credit card. This really ticks me off.

Nevertheless, I am disabled and am an out of work EE. I enjoy helping people. This forum is the perfect place for it. There are other forums, but I like the design of this one. My weekends are filled with Church activities from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. The remainder of the week I have free to spend here if I wish.

I get annoyed too, with those who who would rather whine and complain about Vonage instead of troubleshooting their own systems to locate the fault. That just seems to be the way it is, so I try to help those that I can and ignore those who complain.

I would like to thank all who contribute to this forum. I have been able to resolve any issues I've had through previous posts. I certainly don't have anything to complain about.........and nothing but praise for this forum. Lol

I've never had any issues that were not my fault. Smile

note: I don't consider a re-order (lack of available trunk) an issue, but that has only hapepend once.
