Post subject: Happy with my service!!!!
[size=18]I've been using
Vonage
for over a month. I recieved my first
Vonage
bill without the hidden and unexplainable charges (something that I've had to deal with for as long as I could remember). I make calls when and where I want without having to wonder if it's a local, local toll or long distance call. Most important my bill has been cut in half. When SBC asked why I am I cancelling my service, there was nothing they could offer me because
Vonage
is without a doubt a better product for less. . I talk and listen to streaming music at the same time with no problems. Amazing!!!!
Thing$ look good here in Chicago after the first month and a half!!!

Post subject: robotic voices, dropped calls
Robotic voices and dropped calls are signs of packet loss. You may need to exchange for a new cable modem, free for Time Warner customers.
