I am having a problem with trying to get my number transfered from BellSouth, the problem is that I only get an Email Bill now and even though I can print out a copy of that bill there is no address listed for BellSouth. I called Vonage tech support and they said they have to have an address before I can fax in the transfer form. I have searched the entire BellSouth website and I cannot find any kind of address other than where I can send my payment to. Anyone have any ideas or can help with this?

Do you have an operating Bellsouth landline, friend, neighbor, or pay phone where you can dial zero and talk to the operator? I'm sure the operator can either transfer you to the office or give you a valid phone number. |

That's strange, they way I read the rules, you had to have a copy of a bill that showed the address where the phone was installed. |

I had the same issue. Just call the business office and they'll print and mail or print and fax you a copy. No problem. |

Same issue here - Bell South was billing me via my bank's epay system. To get the info for Vonage, I just set up an online account w/ Bell South to view my bills. Once I did that (took 5 minutes) I was able to view a billing history which showed all the requisite Vonage information. |
