Post subject: Trouble with Vonage Web Site?
I've been having trouble logging onto the
Vonage
Web Site.
I KNOW that my password is right and so is the ID.
I even had the site send me a new password...

Your not alone, but I think it is an internet issue in general...

The Sobig virus may be causing Vonage's tech support to be slow or non-existant over the past few days, but it would not be a cause of login failure on their website. I also tried logging in this afternoon, using a temporary password provided to me by their server... even that failed.
Sorry, it isn't virus related.

The issue is corrected regardless.
I have strong reason to believe that Sobig did play a part in todays problem however.
