I had PM'd ssantana and he responded in lighting response time to tell me he had flagged my account for the upgrade. I simple unplugged my PAP2, plugged back in. I used the, Dial ****, then 150# to find the current firmware version. The PAP2 now shows/says it's at: 2.0.10c. If I'm reading it correclty, it appears that this is older than what the rest of you are showing. |

I got the message from ssantana to just reboot my ATA and it would be OK but it still indicates firmware 2.0.10c instead of 2.0.11b. Weird. |

I'm back in the office guys if anyone needs this update. Just an FYI the "c" verison is actually newer than the "b" in our system.
Thanks,

I just wanted to give props to Ssantana. I PM'd him and I received the new firmware right away. What an asset to the forum. |

I just did the **** 150# and my the automated voice says my firmware is -> 2.0.11e
Any idea if this is even newer?
Btw, i was perusing the forums b/c I've had Vonage for about a month, and in the last week or so I get random call drops & it just goes to a busy signal. Was wandering if a firmware could fix this or if I could switch the router instead of PAP2 to correct this problem. I've already gotten Vonage 3 referals, and I love the service, but I'm not sure how much longer I can put up with call drops. I have a cable modem connection 450KB/s down and 384kb/s up (Take note upper/lowercase KB/kb). I have a D-LINK DI-624 Router. Anyone have any suggestions? ssantana? |

Hey ssantana, you still have the firmware laying around somewhere you could push it to one more person? |

I posted to this thread, and PM'd him, over a week ago, still no response to my message.
BTW, i'm getting ready to replace my SB4100 with an SB5100. Will let everyone know how it goes. |

2.0.11B here on a retail purchased unit from December. Still haven't seen a changelog on this. Guess I'm also curious if this gets pushed automatically? I'm having absolutely zero problems with my Vonage service, and as such, would rather not have anything changed. 2.0.11B is treating me just fine. Don't mess with a good thing! |
