Every call I make this morning I get a fast busy after a few rings. Including the Vonage customer service number. I tried rebooting everything and still no luck. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do? |

do you by chance live in the Dallas area? I had made a call ok around 10 15 this morning, but now I can't get out at all.
I as well have tried re-booting the linksys and no luck. |

Seems to be fast busy out, inbound is fine. In 203 Connecticut here. |

I can't make outbound calls, either.
What's even more annoying is that, if you use the e-mail system to complain there's no category for the problem that we're having. |

This seems to have hit all over (the US atleast) and appears to be sporadic.. I encountered it (area code 703) for a while around 10:20 am EST..but it seems ot have resolved itself by 11:00... Others at http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,12642656~mode=flat also seem to be expericing the same issue..
Hopefully, it will be resolved/backUp for everyone soon. |

i can't believe that customer service is this bad. this is my major concern with Vonage. why do you get a busy signal when you call them... instead, they should put you in a cue... i don't care if i have to wait awhile (well, i do), but that's less rude than putting you to a busy signal. and would it be so hard for them to have an automated message?
i'm new here... and a new Vonage customer, but now starting to wonder if i made the right decision. is this outage thing common??? do you know if they monitor these forums??
