You need QoS to keep this from happening. This is happening becuase all of your calls are going over the public internet. For residential use, this is acceptable becuase of the savings. When you are running your business calls in this manner it could drive you crazy.

See Posts above. iTEL-ip provides all of these services and internet connectivity too. If you are in need of a CRM solution, they imbed telephony funtions into Microsoft CRM. This is designed FOR call/contact centers looking to save some money but still maintain quality calls...
You shouldnt have to go to pots to get what you need at an afordable price. |

I am also looking for a robust feature rich quailty solution. For quality voice w/ a great feature set.
itelIP looks close...but the BIG problem is they do not offer unlimited calling.
I have numerous remote teleworkers doing outbound calling. I would love a Vonage type solution with the itel-ip type features.
I am currently using Vonage behind a KXTD 12x32 in the home office, but would love to interconnect multiple locations to centralize VPS and monitoring.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rob |

The thing is you will not see anyone offering unlimited free LD and guarentee voice quality at the same time because the companies that provide QoS networks are too expensive to contract with to offer free LD. One day we will be able to have our cake and eat it too. Today we must pick our poision.
If its my business, its quality voice. .03 isnt that bad. It's probably worth it when you consider your entire revenue source is made over the phone. Which is the case for most businesses... |

When do you think Vonage will have a service like this? I really want to stay with Vonage as they should remain stable (Large user base, TV ads, internet ads, refer-a-friend etc.) I hope they come up with something like this soon! Also they need to allow calls to EVERY country, not just most - it needs to do everything a POTS can do. |

I would say its just a matter of time. In fact I'm a little suprised it hasnt already happened. However you may never see the day they deliver QoS. Stability is great but if voice quality isnt your business will suffer and your customers will notice... |

I'd look at something like VOIspeed, that does all the PBX stuff. I'm in the UK so I only know this firm, but there's lots of resellers and they all seem to do what you want quite cheaply. |
