For weeks now I have not been able to access my voicemail page online using any web browser. I always get the following message:
Error
Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later.

Click here for the Care Center.
when visiting the page <https://secure.vonage.com/vonage-web/features/voicemail/messages/view.htm>
Has anyone else had this problem? I have tried to email tech support about this, but they don't respond to any help requests I've made for over a month now. |

haven't had that here (consistently). unless it's a cache thing, which is unlikely with multiple browsers, maybe something in your account is broke. but just for fun, have you tried a different computer? |

I had troubles accessing my account on the Vonage web site last night. I think it may have been near midnight, perhaps they run updates or something to the site around then? But I was receiving the exact same error. It went away in a couple hours... |

Yes, tried 3 browsers and 2 different machines. Doesn't work anywhere.
I wish Vonage would either answer email support or discontinue it. It is very misleading to have email support available when no one has answered any email questions I've had for the last month. |

yeah it's pretty bad. I guess they're really backed up with the phones ringing off the hook. email probably takes second priority to phones. I emailed careers@vonage to see if they would hire someone out of state. I figured with all the advertising/hiring they're doing, a dedicated email responder would be good. haven't heard back though. |

reebok,
I interview with Vonage. I currently live in upstate NY. They do hire out of state. But I'll give you my thoughts on the company.
1) When I got there the corprete receptionist was told she was not allowed to go to the bathroom by two people and a third said they wouldn't cover the phone. She finaly said <grumble, explative, grumble> and left the room and came back a few minutes later with a smile.
2) They had a stack of MTA's next to her desk on a palete
3) go into the main room which had no window's and looked like a mess with people in cubicals and many were empty.
4) All tech support Level 1 and I was unclear on Level 2 are hired as temps. With no perks or benifts. After probational period Vonage MAY hire you on. This is after you go to Vonage school with tests constently and you need to get HIGH scores.
I decided I wasn't impressed with the company when it comes to being an employee and to blow the interview and take it as a chance to talk to the higher ups about the issues with Vonage.
Nothing has changed.

yeah I should have been more clear. I'm in FL (see under the avatar) and I was going more for a telecommute thing. I have a career and definitely am not looking to leave it, but I have a lot of free time that allows me to post here most days. so I was just trying to see if I could do it for Vonage themselves and get paid for something I do anyway. wasn't expecting it but worth a shot sort of deal. |

Give it a try. At least you could go to the bathroom when you wanted

That's very odd. I use the Voicemail web page almost daily. Never once have I had a problem with it. If I hadn't read your posts on this subject I would never had known that there was a problem.
If there is a problem! After all, we are all accessing the same servers, aren't we? The only areas listed in this thread are Clearwater, Orlando, and Denver. Not a huge sample since the others on this posting have elected to keep their locations private. So! Are different servers and/or computers used for different areas of the country?
I never seem to experience the problems that others deal with to the point of frustration. |

I did have a "Sorry there is an error" message night before last. Tried a couple of times within 2 hours of each other, then didn't try again until the next day (Yesterday). By then it was working. |
