After 2 more phone calls and 3 emails my web-access to voicemail still doesn't work.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get them to fix this?

Just throwing around an idea...

Could it be possible that you have a ton of voicemails and the page times out trying to load it Question Question Question

For another data point, I can get to my voice mail page with no problems at all. And, secure.vonage.com appears to be one server (it's one IP address, anyway). [It definitely could have failovers and backups, but my point is that I don't think different locations are using different servers....]

If there is a problem! After all, we are all accessing the same servers, aren't we? The only areas listed in this thread are Clearwater, Orlando, and Denver. Not a huge sample since the others on this posting have elected to keep their locations private. So! Are different servers and/or computers used for different areas of the country?

I never seem to experience the problems that others deal with to the point of frustration.


I am 50 miles north of Manila, Philippines.

I have been having this problem since 11/01/05, have sent several emails and talked to tech support about this, still not working. Can't even access Vonage right now.

once in a while i'll get a problem getting to my account website and voicemail, but for the most part it works fine.

i still think they should hire reebok.

No responses to my once-a-week emails on this issue.

Phone calls have been fruitless as the support rep always says "oh, that's weird, I'll send this to the guys who work on this kind of thing".

Anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed?

Have you tried logging in using a different computer on a different ISP? Like a friends house, or work, etc?

Yes, tried 3 browsers and 2 different machines. Doesn't work anywhere.


I have subsequently tried at least 2 other machines around town since my Feb 10th post.

And more importantly, since I have given my password to Vonage more than a month ago shouldn't they be able to confirm if this is my problem or theirs?

Has anyone else had this problem? I have tried to email tech support about this, but they don't respond to any help requests I've made for over a month now.



I have had consistent failures lately using IE (I now use Firefox for the Vonage pages) It seems to flicker using OE, will not fully load, and eventually locks up.

I did find software (new release) for accessing voicemail.

It does work with Vonage. The demo is limited as to message length, but the full version is cheap.
