I logged into my account and was going to call tech support about my voicemail when I saw there was a posted service announcement stating voicemail is down and will be back up as soon as possible. So that means we should have it back in what...a week??!!
Getting tired of this stuff! |

That was not posted when I called about a hour ago.. While it is bad that the VM is down, it is good that they finally used the section of the website and let us know. |

The situation is even worse for those of us (like me) who have been having the ongoing problem of incoming calls going directly into voicemail. While my phone has not been ringing (intermittently over the last week) I could at least check voicemail but now there's not even that fallback. I just tried calling my home (Vonage) phone and got nothing but a fast busy signal.
We need, I think:
a) A quick resolution of the problems users are experiencing with Vonage; b) A FULL accounting from Vonage regarding these problems and the measures taken to address them and to prevent them from re-occurring; c) an apology; and d) a commitment from Vonage to make sure that its infrastructure keeps ahead of its growth.

I agree with you. We shouldn't have to check up on our Vonage numbers to make sure the service is there. We should pay our bills and be able to rely on Vonage's portion of the service.[/quote] |

I just looked at the posting again, and it was gone. Tested my voicemail and it works again. So total time down, about 1:50 for me. |

The Vonage service problem has gotten old.
I really don't care if they have "grown to fast" or "they're beefing up their nfrastructure" or whatever. I pay my bill - I expect service.
I get paid for my services (in my job) and if I do a poor job I don't get paid. I'm really tired of making excuses for Vonage now.
No dialtone since last night, dead air on incoming calls, telephone tech support non existent, no answer to my emails...
Approaching my limit... |
