Thanks for sending mine so quick, I didn't see this post when I PMed you. Is there anything else i must do to receive the update? I've powered down and back up a few times and according to my admin screen at least the firmware hasn't changed.
Thanks again for your help

Please do not post account info here (not that you have or would).
You should PM ssantana directly.
Thank you

I do apologize for not stating what would be necessary for the upgrade to complete. Please include your full name, account # and
Vonage
# in a pm to me so that I can complete the upgrade. Its been a long day sorry for the oversight.

jmyyz,
I apologize for the inconvenience you are having with the upgrade. I have double checked your account and you do have the upgrade option enabled from your device. I am also showing that our servers are waiting to send the firmware. What I would advise doing is a factory reset. Power off the device, apply a thin object such as a pen to the reset button in the back of the device, power it back on while still holding the reset button in and wait for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds you can release and allow it to boot. If the firmware does not change by 3:30pm tomorrow (EST) send me a pm and I will have the issue addressed.
Thank You,
Stephen Santana

This is good news. However, can the administrator (Dan) vouch for Mr. Santana's position with
Vonage
before I PM any account information to Mr. Santana? Thanks, in advance.. I'm terribly paranoid when it comes to giving out information...Louis

I don't know him personally, but I sent him my info by PM and my firmware was updated 2 minutes later. I only gave him my phone number and MAC address, so he must have gotten anything else he needed from my account records. That was proof enough for me that he's who he says he is, but you have to decide for yourself.

Louis: Check his account type. I think the admin has him down as a
Vonage
Representative.
Besides that, he also was able to push the firmware upgrade to me very quickly.
Good luck!
