Can anyone help me figure out a solution to create a virtual attendant? I own a small business and use Vonage move Vonage between my home office and work office. I would like a virtual attendant that answers the phone with a company greeting and then gives them an option to select my extension or general voice mail extension. I still would want to be able to see caller ID on who it is. Is there any way to achieve this other than cancelling Vonage and going to a new virtual attendant company? Is there either a phone system or an online company that would help me achieve this considering I move the one line back and forth between two offices. Thank you.
