Vonage using Android apps

Is it possible to use Vonage on any of the Android Voip apps?

Yes , you can . You can use Vonage which gives free Voip calls and texts via Android app

But the Vonage app doesn't work in the UK hence my question about other Voip apps.

It is a shame that Vonage Mobile Extensions is not present in the UK. Vonage Mobile Extensions enables the use of the Vonage network from a mobile phone. This feature is widely available in the US. However, don't know why Vonage is not introducing this feature in the UK.

This feature could make the Vonage Network way more useful and popular in the UK.

I have found that they have extended the list of countries even included India. I have seen the UK name in the list but you should confirm it.
