I currently have Time Warner cable for internet & Time Warner (TW) Voip phone service.

I've connected the Time Warner Cable Modem (which also handles the Voip) to my home phone wiring system. Therefore I can use four existing phone jacks. This should mean that when TW set up my Voip phone service they disconnected it from the outside phone wiring.

I assume that if I get Vonage that I can connect my phone system to the phone jack on the Vonage Adopter and it will work my internal wiring the same way that the TW Voip system worked. Correct?
