Has anyone in the UK got this to work yet. When I try to log in the authentication fails, and yes I am using the user name and password that successfully gets me in to view my account.
And talking of things that don't seem to work I didn't get any response from a #5 when trying to do a ring back this morning.
Despite these little irritations I'm pleased so far.

I've not been able to login either. At first I thought that maybe it was just the service at https://secure.click2callu.com/ that wasn't working with UK logins, but I've not hand any luck with the Windows software either. |

Click2call is a US only feature. It does not work in Canada and UK. |

It is listed as a feature on the UK website (it was only added in the last few days, though). I've also had an email from the UK office to say that the feature is available to UK subscribers. |

So does anyone have any updates? When I had a US account I use to use this fine, but now that I have a UK account, it does not work. The integration with Outlook is neat and would really like to get this working. |

The feature has disappeared from the UK website again and I've had a second response from UK customer support stating "at the moment we are currently not providing the Click-2-Call feature in the UK. It is only available in the US at the present".
It's a shame that Vonage hasn't rolled this service out to the UK and Canada yet. My guess is they view it as a marginal feature and don't feel that it is worth offering against the extra support requests it (or more likely that the Windows software they supply to use it) generates.
If that is the case, then I'd like to see it provided as an unsupported, unadvertised feature so it's there if we want to use it. Please Vonage? I'll promise to make lots of daytime mobile calls to make it worth your while! |

Available in the US? I wish! It hasn't worked for at least 6 months. I wasted gobs of time on my end trying to figure out what the problem was; I was convinced it HAD to be on my end.
I'm *intensely* irritated that Vonage has apparently dropped this feature and hasn't bothered to TELL anyone. |

Been working fine for me... I just tried it to make sure. It would seem you may have a problem in set-up? |

I don't think so, I've tried it on 4 different computers, at home and at work. It always gives me an 'internal error'. |
