Click-2-Call clearly isn't in the UK yet. I just downloaded the software and I get an authentication error so no progress by Vonage UK in the last 5 months or so.

I'm going to email Vonage customer services and ask about this but, if anyone else cares, it might be worth while other people also emailing them to ask for it. It can't be that difficult can it? In a way it's easier, all the caveats in the US scheme about non-unlimited plans and out of plan call charges don't need to be said in the UK because all the plans are unlimited.

Has anyone already emailed Vonage recently about Call-2-Click? If so then what was the response?

I have been messing with this Click2 Call feature all evening and I can't get past the log-in.
I keep getting a message back(100: Authentication failed) I am certain that I am logging in with correct credentials. It sounds like the same problem that is happening in the UK. Has anyone else seen this error? Any help would be appreciated

I believe the authentication servers are different for VonageUK than VonageUS. I tried logging onto my account through www.vonage.co.uk and it failed, but works fine on the www.vonage.com site, so the opposite is probably true.

Thanks Vonage TPA I appreciate your input.

I was attempting to authenticate to the US site. I finally got in and once it remembered my PW information it has been working fine!
I also installed it on my office PC and had no problems at all with that one.....

The Click2Call feature is not available in the UK.

Currently, it is only available if you are subsriber to Vonage US.

We are working to integrate click2call with the UK service but we don't have a confirmed time frame from our Dev team.

We will keep you posted.

The problem appears to be for any numbers that are not US 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx or xxx-xxxx format, so even if you are in the US you can not use Click-2-Call to dial outside of the US with a 011 prefix!.

The problem also exists if driving the tpcc html command line in exactly the same way.

I have asked for this to be looked at and gather from Vonage management that it is on the roadmap, but it would be nice to have some idea of timescale.

As a softphone customer I'm using Vonage as a replacement for Skype - due to poor voice quality of Skype to outside lines.

While the sound quality of Vonage is good,c-2-c is bewildering. Ideally I should be able to just click on a number and dial it instead of having to juggle between c-2-c and the softphone app. This is something Skype really got right. Vonage needs to learn a lesson here about how to integrate with Outlook.

Anyone else have this experience?

Vonage Click 2 Call is now works in the uk!!!

My main problem is there is no Info for VB6 & VB.Net Developers,

It seems to be geared for java & PHP Developers.

I am currently in the process of intergrating C2C into My Clients CRM.

I always seen to stumble at the point where vonage dials the "toNumber".

I get the error:

101:Number you are trying to dial is invalid

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance
