Well all incoming calls now have 44xxx and no longer match the phones memory. Just checked the phone caller list and can see that 18 november all was working as it has done since ive had Vonage,

now all incoming calls have the uk code in it

cell phone now shows 447 instead of 07

also outgoing calls are shown on cell phone with 44

infact today i rang my cell phone and it shows on its display as "unknown"

has there been a change, or a fault?

Could be since Vonage system does not know where the call originates. Therefore the complete telephone number is displayed.

The county code, the city code, and the telephone number.

Hi

I am also concerned over this 44 caller display. Recently I have come back onto Vonage, but when a customer before all incoming numbers displayed correctly in the UK format.

When calls come in to my Vonage line I expect to see the number displayed as for example 01234 567890 or 07123 456789 and not 441234567890 or 447123456789. As Vonage were in the past displaying the incoming caller display this way, why can this not be changed back to this standard format. It obviously can be done.

Personally I don't like my incoming calls displayed as 44xxxxxxxx it just doesn't look right.

This wrong caller display is making me think that I will cancel the account within the 30 day guarantee period.

Using other Voip services e.g. sipgate, voipfone all display incoming numbers as 01xxxxx or 07xxxxx so please Vonage can you do the same for the UK?
